We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinical Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Farmington, Missouri. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced and motivated BCBA to lead and mentor a team of professionals while overseeing the implementation of evidence-based ABA interventions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead with Impact: Share your expertise on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ABA through training, mentorship, and presentations, shaping the professional development of both clients and staff.

Collaborative Supervision: Oversee a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Therapists, ensuring the high-fidelity implementation of ABA treatment plans to maximize client outcomes.

Client-Centered Approach: Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, analyze data, and make adjustments to ensure continuous progress.

Family Engagement: Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families to equip them with the tools to support behavior strategies at home.

Professional Growth: Stay at the forefront of ABA research and best practices through ongoing professional development, training, and Continuing Education (CE) opportunities.

Mentorship & Guidance: Provide supervision and professional support to junior clinicians, helping them grow in their roles and maintain best practices.
Qualifications:

Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience: At least two years of hands-on ABA experience, with expertise in conducting ABLLS and/or VB-MAPP assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.

Certification: Current BCBA certification in good standing, with 8 hours of supervision training completed or in progress.

Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with families, staff, and other professionals.
- Experience conducting and overseeing functional behavior assessments and creating effective behavior intervention plans.
- Ability to work independently while fostering a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving, multitasking, and conflict-resolution skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance, as travel may be required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with families, staff, and other professionals.
