Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Farmington, Missouri. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, mentor, and support a team while overseeing the implementation of evidence-based ABA interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Mentor: Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and junior clinicians, ensuring high-quality ABA implementation.
- Client-Centered Care: Conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, analyze progress data, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Family Engagement: Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families to empower them with effective behavior strategies.
- Professional Development: Stay updated with ABA research and best practices while fulfilling Continuing Education (CE) requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary professionals to enhance client success and service quality.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of ABA experience, including ABLLS/VB-MAPP assessments and behavior intervention planning.
- Certification: Active BCBA certification; 8-hour supervision training completed or in progress.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing intervention plans.
- Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance, as travel may be required.
