Job Summary
The idea candidates need to provides day-to-day support to do Human Resources in the areas of employee relations, labor relations, training, staffing, compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and values.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to leadership on HR policies and workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related field required. Equivalent experience may be a consideration.
- Experience in Human resources
- Fluent in written and verbal of English and Chinese
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures along with general knowledge of employment laws and practices.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to perform duties with moderate supervision
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality
Salary : $55,000 - $78,000
