Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within the restaurant industry. You will work closely with restaurant owners, operators, and managers to understand their needs and provide tailored software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the restaurant industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including restaurant owners, franchisees, and decision-makers.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of our restaurant software solutions, highlighting features that solve key challenges in the industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and create sales materials that resonate with the target audience.
- Provide customer feedback to the product development team to ensure the software meets market demands.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the restaurant and hospitality sectors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software sales, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the restaurant business, including challenges and software solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
