Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and Abacus policies
- Provide exceptional care and meet the needs of all children
- Adhere to Safe Sleep guidelines
- Develop and implement curriculum with weekly lesson plans
- Monitor and record daily activities and developmental milestones
- Maintain open communication with parents

- Age: at least 21 years old
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- State Requirements: must meet all necessary standards
