Social Media & Marketing Coordinator (Entry-Level)

With multiple locations across New Jersey, we pride ourselves on blending medical expertise with an elevated patient experience. We are currently seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-aware individual to join our growing team as a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator.

Position Overview:

This is an entry-level position ideal for someone passionate about social media, content creation, and brand marketing within the healthcare and aesthetics space. You’ll support the marketing team in creating, scheduling, and managing content across platforms, and will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, assist with campaigns, and be the voice behind our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage a monthly content calendar with a consistent posting strategy
• Capture and schedule daily content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Collaborate with providers and internal teams to gather real-time content (before/after photos, stories, events, etc.)
• Monitor and respond to social media engagement and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and content ideas relevant to the medical aesthetics space
• Assist in email marketing campaigns and printed collateral for promotions and events
• Track social media analytics and engagement metrics to optimize content strategy and conversion performance
• Occasionally travel to Central NJ practice locations to support marketing needs and content collection

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or currently completing)
• 1 year of experience with social media platforms (internships or personal brand experience welcome)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current trends in the aesthetic/beauty or wellness industry
• Comfortable capturing and editing short-form video content, including reels and stories
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus
• Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative mindset
