Responsibilities
- Responsible for financial accounting, reporting, and operational facilitation
- Oversee the accounting control and related reporting for the funds
- Determine operational feasibility of bespoke fee terms, including tracking data points
- Manage the accounting close cycle and deliver timely and accurate reporting
- Understand the firm's organizational structure and collaborate across teams
- Liaise with management on investment-related reporting matters and transactions
- Supervise third-party service providers, including the fund administrator
- Build relationships with third-party service providers through SLAs/critical metrics
- Monitor the external audit, regulatory reporting, and other reporting requirements
- Assess and review the key financial information for investor deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
- 4 years of fund accounting experience
- Combo with Big 4 accounting background
- Analytical with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- CPA strongly preferred
