Responsibilities
- Oversee BD’s obligations in our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making by analyzing market trends
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for existing and new partners
- Ensure that all presentations, reports, and documentation meet the highest standards
- Track market developments, competitors, regulatory changes, and emerging trends
- Review pre-reading materials, document action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks
- Work closely with our underwriting, reinsurance, finance, and actuarial teams
- Implement operational efficiencies to streamline business development workflow
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional designation
- 5 years of business development experience
- Insurance, reinsurance, or MGA-focused industry background
- Demonstrable CRM and/or pipeline management experience
- Familiarity with insurance concepts, underwriting, reinsurance, etc.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
- Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
