Responsibilities
- Manage current and potential client’s impressions of the practice
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, answering phone and email inquiries
- Develop and utilize reports and dashboards in CRM
- Implement a client segmentation strategy to execute a contact model
- Monitor open tasks for all client relationships, especially any sensitive items
- Handle meeting preparation and follow-up, including document preparation
- Prepare and complete applications and service agreements
- File and organize client data, records, and forms in adherence to guidelines
- Track client events and send acknowledgments to clients
- Complete ad hoc tasks and projects related to client services needed
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Previous client service experience
- Financial services industry background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Process-driven and strong time management skills
- Skilled in Excel
