Our client is a facilities services company. They seek a Corporate FP&A Manager to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the P&L forecasting process for quarterly estimates and yearly budgets
- Perform P&L analysis for forecasting cycles, including reviewing each division’s variances
- Liaise with senior finance leaders at business units to monitor performance metrics
- Present summarized performance for Senior Management, Board of Directors, etc.
- Work with Investor Relations and Divisional FP&A to synthesize the quarterly results
- Prepare monthly and quarterly analysis packages for executive management
- Develop and drive process improvements by utilizing available IT resources
- Optimize available technology from an effectiveness and efficiency perspective
- Provide financial analysis and insights on projects for the CEO, CFO, and Strategy Team
- Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
- 5 years of FP&A experience
- Technology industry experience
- Private or combo accounting background
- Managerial experience is strongly preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- CPA is a plus
- Skilled in JD Edwards, Access, and VBA
- Proficient in Hyperion as well as Excel
