Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates for open positions in Accounting & Finance.
- Utilize job boards, social networking, and referrals to identify top-talent.
- Maintain and document candidate communication.
- Obtain availability of candidates to interview with clients.
- Ensure accurate applicant/candidate/employee records in the front-office system.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Previous accounting recruiting experience or accounting experience is also required. Additionally, you must have high energy and motivation, superb negotiation capabilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent customer service demeanor, and detail-oriented ability to follow through.
