Responsibilities
- Assist Head of HR with tasks and projects to support 60 employees
- Handle calendar management and interview scheduling
- Draft offer letters and assist with recruitment and candidate screening
- Support and manage the employee onboarding process
- Maintain and update employee records and personnel files
- Answer employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
- Utilize ADP to complete status changes, reporting, onboarding, etc.
