Our client is a financial services firm. They seek a Proposal Writing Analyst to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Prepare responses to RFPs, including questionnaires, data requests, and other requirements
- Produce compelling and compliant proposals with high-quality writing and accurate data
- Maintain a central database of responses to ensure pre-existing content is kept up to date
- Assess content provided by cross-functional team members in response to RFPs/RFIs
- Monitor firm-wide statistics, produce sample reports, and maintain other relevant information
- Support global offices on marketing initiatives and work internally to complete projects
Requirements
- 1 years of writing/marketing experience
- Financial services or consulting firm industry experience
- Prior experience with proposal writing or RFP's
- Strong interest and knowledge of alternative investments
- Highly motivated, self-starter, and adaptable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
