Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a recruiting strategy with a focus on technology
- Serve as the main point of contact and develop close relationships with universities
- Work with the business to ensure a healthy candidate pipeline
- Progress candidates through interview cycles in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure a positive candidate experience, while maintaining data accuracy
- Handle candidate interview scheduling and coordination
- Screen calls with junior technology candidates and log notes in the ATS
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies when needed
- Provide reporting and regular recruitment updates to business stakeholders
