Our client is a financial services firm. They seek an RFP / DDQ Proposal Writer to join their Manhattan, NY office.

Responsibilities

  • Draft compelling responses for assigned proposals, tailoring content to the client
  • Assess and edit proposal responses for consistency and compliance
  • Liaise with business development, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders
  • Solicit feedback from experts and stakeholders to refine and enhance proposal drafts
  • Work with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency through proposal development
  • Contribute to a comprehensive content library to streamline future proposal efforts
  • Gather necessary materials from stakeholders to assist with client calls

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience managing complex RFP responses
  • Able to work independently with strong initiative
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in RFP software, preferably Responsive / RFPio
