Responsibilities
- Prepare the books and records of pooled private investment funds
- Produce and review complex management fee and waterfall calculations
- Reconcile cash, investments, and other balance sheet accounts
- Record purchase and sale transactions and accounting for corporate actions
- Calculate and post accruals and prepare distributions and drawdowns
- Review of allocations of income and expense allocations to each partner
- Run and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assess performance metrics for partnerships / accounts and each investment
- Work with independent auditors, custodians, prime brokers, and fund administrators
- Perform other tasks as assigned
