Our client is a property management firm. They seek a temp Financial Analyst to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial forecasting and reporting and track operational metrics
- Assess financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Review reports on financial performance and prepare for leadership reviews
- Verify past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations
- Liaise closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Analyze financial performance by reviewing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Manage the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
- Prepare analysis of trends / forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
