Our client is a financial technology firm. They seek a Senior Analyst, Treasury Operations to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Ensure treasury compliance, adhering to policies and regulatory requirements
- Establish and enforce standardized procedures for cash management activities
- Utilize bill.com to process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Liaise with stakeholders to make sure appropriate documentation is provided
- Work with the People and Culture team to process payroll and manage benefits
- Analyze data from accounts payable, payroll, corporate credit card transactions, etc.
- Track daily liquidity inflows/outflows to ensure adequate cash reserves are maintained
- Assess financial data from multiple sources, identifying and investigating discrepancies
- Identify gaps in current processes and implement additional financial controls
- Maintain spreadsheets for financial analysis, ensuring real-time accuracy
Requirements
- 8 years of treasury experience
- Cash operations experience needed
- Familiar with payroll, expense reimbursements, etc.
- Knowledge of accounting and reporting
- Finance/FinTech industry background
- Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Experience with Bill.com
