What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Contracts Solicitor position at Abacus Professional Recruitment Ltd?
Abacus is recruiting for a new and important appointment for a NI law practice. The firm is keen to hire their first dedicated Commercial Solicitor who will take the lead on all non-contentious commercial work.
The work is currently managed within the Corporate and Commercial team, but due to continued growth and aspirational goals for more market share, the firm wants to hire an experienced Solicitor.
Ideally, you will be at Senior Associate level (e.g. 5-10 years PQE) and have a desire for progression to elevate to Partnership level in the future. The firm will also consider Partner level entry as well.
The firm is offering a highly competitive role, and you will work alongside the Corporate (and other) teams. Your focus will be on drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts as part of a general wider support service to the clients' contracts management.
The firm is also keen to build a future mini-team around you, so this is an important detail for the Practice.
