- Provide solid executive analysis
- Responsible for all accounting / finance processes
- Month / year-end
- Lead the annual audit and budget processes
- Negotiate business contracts and insurance plans / coverage
- Supervision of staff
- You Offer :
- Degree in accounting / finance or similar field
- Masters / MBA / CPA are a plus, but not mandatory
- 10 years of progressive experience to accounting / finance leadership roles
- Experience as a CFO / VP of Finance or Controller / Director roles
- Effective, and enjoys, serving in a hands-on leadership role
- Experience with GAAP
- Experience to include accounting, finance, cash / treasury, banking, strategic planning
- Must enjoy being in a hybrid role that combines hands-on and strategic duties
- Strong internal drive
- Positive, and effective, team leader. Must be people-focused.

They plan for this professional to come on board, complement their leadership team and provide them with the strategic direction, and daily oversight, that they need. For this opportunity, candidates will need to be degreed in accounting / finance, have 10 years of progressive experience to accounting / finance leadership roles, a CPA and public accounting experience is a plus, experience in the non-profit / NFP industry is preferred, but not mandatory. Candidates need to be pro-active, approachable and a positive leader.
