Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing of clients.
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for invoicing.
- Utilize financial software to generate invoices and track payment status.
- Address any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of all invoices, payments, and communications with clients.
- Prepare reports on invoicing metrics and provide insights for process improvements.
- Train and supervise team members involved in the invoicing process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an invoicing or billing role, preferably in a managerial capacity.
