Position Summary:
Job Title: Release Train Engineer (RTE)
Duration: 09 Months Contract
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418
Job Description:
This request is to fill the Release Train Engineer (RTE). The primary role is to Mentor and coach various agile teams (ART) in the portfolio. Other responsibilities of this role are given listed below
Responsibilities:
• Help the ART manage their budget, mitigate risks and any productivity related issues
• Manage and ensure the ART best practices are followed and efficiency metrics are achieved
• Conduct portfolio wide weekly status calls to track status & resolve challenges/roadblocks across
• Serve as a liaison between development and operations teams
• Coordinate and align ART activities with organization's strategic goals
• Maintain calendars for program increments (PIs)
• Implement PI planning events and monitoring their progress
• Monitor the development and implementation of new programs and features
• Release Management, Change Management
• Preparing status Reports for leadership teams
• Be well versed in JIRA and help the agile teams to setup new boards and customize it
• Effective communication skills are crucial for successful coordination and leadership
• Prior Release Train Engineer (RTE) experience required
Salary : $65 - $70
