- Organize and maintain electronic files and documentation for easy retrieval.
- Assist in research data collection efforts, compiling relevant information from various sources.
- Utilize pivot tables to analyze data trends and generate reports as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity across all platforms.
- Provide clerical support as needed, including typing, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Experience
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for data management and entry.
- Familiarity with databases and experience in research data collection is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
