What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Project Specialist position at Abacus Service Corporation?
- Maintain functionality of our office equipment and general office spaces by conducting regular "walk-throughs” to perform ongoing facilities maintenance inspections of public and common areas
- Use our JIRA ticketing system for receiving and responding to service, repair & maintenance requests, determining the nature of the problem(s) and either completing the request or recommending appropriate solutions to employees in a timely manner
- Oversee set-ups and tear-downs of multi-purpose spaces, meeting rooms, and training rooms
- Collect and store packages and mail; including sorting and delivery
- Conduct an overview of the specific needs of the space, including furniture needs, office and kitchen supplies, and pertinent repairs and maintenance
- Support office and team moves from planning to completion
- Maintain clear and organized inventory of supplies and collateral Facilities Coordinator
- Coordinate storage needs and keep storage spaces efficiently organized
- Travel between our two offices as needed dependably, move continuously between various spaces for extended periods of time, and able to lift/move 50 lbs
Other office projects, tasks, and duties as needed
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.07 - $24.83 per hour

- Monday to Friday
