Duties
- Supervise restaurant staff and coordinate their duties

- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Train and mentor new employees to maintain high service standards
- Monitor food preparation methods to maintain quality and sanitation standards
Skills
- Experience in food production, casual dining, and kitchen operations
- Strong background in hospitality and food service management
- Proficiency in food handling and culinary techniques
- Ability to develop training programs for staff development
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager is a plus
- Knowledge of coffee preparation methods would be advantageous
