Invoicing Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Invoicing Manager to oversee our invoicing processes and ensure accuracy in billing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial software and a keen eye for detail. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial integrity of our organization and ensuring timely invoicing for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing of clients.
• Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for invoicing.
• Utilize financial software to generate invoices and track payment status.
• Address any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of all invoices, payments, and communications with clients.
• Prepare reports on invoicing metrics and provide insights for process improvements.
• Train and supervise team members involved in the invoicing process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an invoicing or billing role, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Proficiency in financial software; experience with specific programs is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
