JOB DESCRIPTION : Responsibilities :
Collect and clean large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure data quality and accuracy.Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies and decisions.Develop reports and dashboards to present findings in an understandable and actionable manner.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.Assist in developing and maintaining data models and tools for forecasting, performance tracking, and business planning.Create and maintain queries, reports, and data visualizations to communicate data findings to teams.Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as management or other departments require.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in data handling.Ensure the accuracy and quality of data used in analysis by developing best practices for data collection and reporting.Assist in A / B testing and experimentation to refine marketing strategies and optimize customer engagement.Work with the marketing team to identify areas where data can be used to improve targeting, personalization, and customer experiences.QUALIFICATIONS :
years working big data setsStrong proficiency in Excel required, including complex formulas, pivot tables etc.Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI etc.Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and techniques.Experience working with large datasets and data processing tools.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.History of finding actional insights in data and contributing to data-driven decision makingConsultative approach to business partnering, capturing requirements, aligning stakeholders, validating solutions, and documenting outcomesBusiness acumen with strong understanding of key business metrics and the ability to align marketing analytics efforts with broader business goalsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Computer Application Skills : (place an X mark) N / A Novice Proficient Advanced Word x Excel x PowerPoint x Windows x Outlook x Collaboration (Teams, Webex) x Data visualization tools x
