Full Stack Engineer/Data Architect
The Arizona Department of Health Services is seeking a Full Stack Engineer/Data Architect with expertise in designing, governing, and implementing the organization's data and integrating master data across all business units and systems.
About the Project:
In support of a broad initiative to develop a centralized portal for health and human services, ADHS requires assistance with assessing, prioritizing, and future state technical design of critical citizen-centric services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data architecture, MDM solutions, data modeling, integration, and governance practices.
- Assess current MDM architecture, planned MDM functionality, integration needs, and desired architecture.
- Develop expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), data management frameworks, data integration, and ETL processes (Matillion, AWS Glue).
- Cultivate experience in application & integration services (Salesforce, .NET framework, WebAPI, REST APIs, SOAP) and programming/scripting languages (Python).
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in data architecture, MDM, and data governance (Informatica, TAMR, SQL).
- 4 years of experience in application & integration services (Salesforce, .NET framework, WebAPI, REST APIs, SOAP).
- 4 years of experience in programming and scripting languages (Python).
- 4 years of experience in data management frameworks, data integration, and ETL processes (Matillion, AWS Glue).
- 4 years of experience in data warehouse, data lakes, and analytics platforms (Snowflake, Databricks).
Work Environment:
This position is hybrid, with mainly remote work but requiring periodic in-office meetings.
