Position usually requires five to eight years of experience and an advanced degree, or the equivalent and in-depth knowledge in area of speciality. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Software Project Manager with a proven track record in agile methodologies, project tracking, and generating status reports. The ideal candidate will have years of experience in software project management and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Agile Projects : Manage and lead software development projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Project Planning and Execution : Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Coordinate resources and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Agile Coaching and Mentorship : Provide agile coaching and mentorship to team members, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Project Tracking and Reporting : Implement project tracking systems using tools like JIRA. Develop comprehensive status reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive management and stakeholders.
Risk Management : Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues before they impact project timelines and deliverables.
Stakeholder Communication : Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment on project objectives and progress.
Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and project delivery outcomes.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
