Job Purpose
Sales Order Associate - The candidate's primary function will be to process customer PO's into sales orders for our warehouse team to assemble and ship to the customer. Also, the postition is responsible for arranging shipping for all sales orders. Other functions may include checking and communicating status of orders to the customer.
Qualifications Requirements
- Previous experience with SAGE MAS software a plus, but not required. Must be willing to learn to use the software.
- Basic knowlede of MS Office software, such as Excel and Word is required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to get along with diverse personalities: exhibit tact, professional attitude, maturity and flexibility
- Detail oriented, highly organized, strong task management skills
- Self-directed, able to complete projects/tasks with limited supervision
- Good written and verbal skills
- Good numbers sense
- Attention to detail
- Reliable attendance is paramount
Job Type: Contract
