Quality Control Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position involves performing tests and inspections, documenting results, and collaborating with various departments to maintain quality assurance throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments and vision inspection systems to assess product quality.
• Document findings accurately and maintain detailed records of test results and quality control data.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CGMP, and FDA regulations.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Participate in research data collection for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation and evidence of compliance.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with QA/QC processes and methodologies is essential.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and CGMP practices is highly desirable.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments and vision inspection systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
