We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of products using various measuring tools, including micrometers and calipers, to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Operate and maintain coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for precise measurements.
- Utilize vision inspection systems to detect defects and ensure product quality.
- Analyze inspection data and prepare reports on findings to communicate with production teams.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes in accordance with FDA regulations.
- Participate in quality audits to assess compliance with internal and external standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to fabricate solutions for identified quality issues.
- Continuously improve quality systems by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and vision inspection systems.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and FDA regulations.
- Experience using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools effectively.
- Ability to analyze data critically to identify trends and areas for improvement.
