- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all requests are met with precision.
- Utilize POS systems for order entry and payment processing efficiently.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special dietary needs or requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests.
- Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience, checking in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues as needed to maintain high service standards.
Skills
