We are looking for a SDET to join our growing Digital team. You'll work with our design, product, and engineering teams to develop and maintain QA processes for Web and Cross platform apps.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and improving an automation framework for delivering quality releases of our cross platform apps.

What we will want you to do :

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, tools, and frameworks to validate functional and non-functional requirements, with a shift-left mindset where testability is valued.

Identify, analyze, and report software defects and work closely with developers to resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring continuous integration and delivery.

Participate in code reviews with a focus on testability and maintainability.

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to validate software features and functionality within each sprint.

Participation in manual test activities as needed in support of sprint objectives.

Implement and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines, closely collaborating with the DevOps team, to enable efficient and reliable software releases in an agile environment.

Monitor and analyze test results and provide timely feedback regarding the quality of software under test, aligning with sprint goals including (informing the definition of done) and release timelines.

Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define and refine testing strategies and approaches within the agile framework.

Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software testing and apply them to improve testing processes.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members, promoting a culture of quality and continuous learning.

Top Skills : automation testing frameworks; 5 years of expertise in software development; Familiarity with modern web application development technologies including Ruby on Rails, React, Angular, and Node.js

5 years of expertise in software development with a focus on test automation and quality assurance. 3 years of hands-on experience and proficiency writing scripts with one or more automation testing frameworks (TestCafe, Selenium, Appium, webdriver.io, Ruby / Capybara, etc) Familiarity with modern web application development technologies including Ruby on Rails, React, Angular, and Node.js. Proficiency with SQL and no-SQL databases. Postgres experience preferred. Experience with CI / CD concept and tools such as CircleCI, Convox, Docker Familiarity with at least one testing framework Cucumber / Rspec / React Testing Library Experience with RESTFUL API Testing using Postman, Jmeter or SOAP UI Experience with version control systems, build tools (Git), and CI / CD tools (CircleCI, Convox). Experience in fast moving agile environment

Desired SkillsExperience with hybrid mobile apps. Experience working in Financial Services industry. Experience publishing apps on App / Play stores.
