Typical Experience : months The NCDHHS Infrastructure Security SME is a senior level resource with specialized knowledge and experience in a the security architectural design and implementation of new IT Infrastructure in a new DHHS campus.

Able to work without assistance; can provide leadership to others; able to manage highly complex work efforts; may have advanced education; may have extensive industry experience.
Description (including, but not limited to) :
- Technical expertise centered around IT Security, implementation, and architecture for an enterprise environment.
- Specialization in technical security environment for new building construction.
- Must have Server Security expertise.
- Successful development and maintenance of formal strategies, sourcing guidance, technical standards, blueprints, reference architectures, architecture patterns and technology roadmaps for technical security domain
- Successful completion of technology projects within area of security implementations.
- Definition and management of team structure and resource levels to support business needs for the overall environment
- Conducting industry and market research of technologies and general themes in assigned architecture areas.
- Engaging agency subject matter experts, business liaisons, and DIT representatives as to ensure proper alignment between business and IT within Security discipline.
- Must be able to work independently and as a part of a team to accomplish design and implementation objectives for new infrastructure environments.
