Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel, providing clear and concise information.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
- Maintain meeting rooms and conference room calendars, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Maintain office supplies, guaranteeing a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Requirements:
- Possession of a high school diploma is required.
- 1-2 years of front desk experience with a multi-phone system is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Strong customer service skills are crucial for delivering exceptional experiences.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience as an administrative assistant is required.
