At Abacus Solutions Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support. This long-term contract role will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel, providing clear and concise information.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Maintain meeting rooms and conference room calendars, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Maintain office supplies, guaranteeing a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a high school diploma is required.
  • 1-2 years of front desk experience with a multi-phone system is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Strong customer service skills are crucial for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience as an administrative assistant is required.

Compensation: $17.00/hour.
