What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Specialist position at Abacus Solutions Group?
Responsibilities :
- Manage CIS’s Day-to-day call record management, review the call log system to check integrity and identify critical incidents.
- Support the Lead Evaluator in producing monthly KPI reports, coordinate between necessary departments, and ensure compliance with 988 lifeline guidelines and grant award requirements.
- Leading and facilitating quality improvement projects.
- Collaborating with co-project director and 988 centers to develop a quality assurance plan, Ensuring alignment with vibrant and SAMHSA requirements.
- Coordinate with 988 centers and relevant service providers to ensure compliance with quality assurance plan
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of noncompliance, and develop action plans to address them.
- Monitoring, progress, outcomes, and implementation of corrective action plans.
- Leveraging subject matter experts and SAMHSA / vibrant best practice resources and learn from other states critical incident review models.
Requirements
Compensation : $25.00 per hour
Possibility for hybrid schedule
