Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires effective communication and negotiation abilities to ensure project goals are met while managing stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop project scope, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local / state regulations, codes, and policies.
- Oversee bidding processes, review contractor proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality performance.
- Supervise construction activities, conduct site visits, and ensure projects adhere to approved plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and resolutions with government officials, school administrators, architects, engineers, and community representatives.
- Identify potential project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and adjust timelines as necessary to meet project goals.
