Pay Range : $22 to $23 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Bilingual Staffing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for various positions within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of executive recruiting, employee relations, and talent acquisition strategies to effectively meet the staffing needs of our company.

The Staffing Specialist will be responsible for onboard, retain, help staff and recruit new talent.

Responsibilities :

• Nurture a relationship with our clients ensuring all customer's needs are met
• Actively monitor associates' work performance
• Conduct new hire orientations, onboard candidates, and check employees at the beginning of their shift
• Coach employees to improve performance and work to decrease turnover
• Actively engage with associates in a positive way
• Create and maintain multiple daily and weekly reports
• Conduct injury and employee investigations as required
• Implement company culture, values, and policies
• Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
• Advocate for employee retention and development
• Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
• Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
• Time keeping and attendance monitoring
• Payroll processing
