The Garment Printing Inspector is responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of printed designs on garments in a bulk printing operation. This role involves inspecting finished products for defects, verifying specifications, and maintaining quality standards throughout the printing process.
Key Responsibilities :
Quality Control :
1. Inspect printed garments for color accuracy, placement, and overall quality.
2. Identify and document defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Process Monitoring :
1. Monitor the garment printing process to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality specifications.
2. Collaborate with printing operators to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
Documentation :
1. Maintain accurate records of inspections, quality reports, and corrective actions taken.
2. Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements based on inspection findings.
Requirements :
- Experience in textile factories or printing companies.
- Experience in garment quality control, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of garment printing, and packaging processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellent.
