Managed Support Services Technician

Abacus Technologies is hiring a Managed Services Technician to serve as a dedicated onsite resource at a client location in Haleyville, AL. This role involves providing hands-on IT support, troubleshooting networks and systems, and maintaining a high level of service responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktop, server, and network systems.
• Assist with hardware, software, and application troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with remote teams on escalated issues.
• Support infrastructure upgrades and project implementations.
• Deliver professional and timely end-user support.

Minimum Qualifications

• Familiarity with Windows desktop and server operating systems.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
• Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, and remote monitoring tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
