Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS-R, etc.)
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Work in home, school, or center-based settings as needed
- Train and supervise RBTs and BCaBAs to ensure high-quality care
- Collaborate with families, educators, and therapists (OT, PT, ST)
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Maintain clear documentation and submit timely reports
What You Bring:
- Active BCBA Certification (or exam eligibility)
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Reliable Transportation & Valid Driver’s License
