DUSTIFICATION :
Describe the situation that prompted the need for temporary assignment (i.e., employee on FMLA, vacant position, etc.). Tina will be extending her medical leave and is not planning to return on 5 / 28 / 2024 as previously planned. How long is the assignment expected to last? 4 to 6 weeks with a possibility for extension Please explain the Specific skills required (please describe) : Has background in accounting, preferably strong experience in accounts payable, intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Teams, detail oriented and meets recurring deadlines. Please list a Summary of duties and / or special requirements. Must provide five or more specific responsibilities. This person will be processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. We prefer candidates with all three abilities but two of three will work. They will also be providing customer service for both landlords and tenants of the Section 8 program.
