Position summary :
Handle incoming calls and visitors, determining which inquiries can be redirected to managers or other departments.Provide administrative and clerical support to management, including filing personnel records.works under general supervision of General Manager / Office Sup.provide courteous, responsive, and accurate information to associates on company policies, practices, and operations.Process weekly payroll recordsOperate office equipment including fax, copier, printer, and laminating machines.Conduct orientationsperforms additional duties as assigned.Experience :
