Must-Haves for the Role :

Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
t least 2 years of experience as a BI Developer.
Experience in the healthcare domain is preferred.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency with Tableau and PowerBI for analytics visualization (Tableau experience is required).
Familiarity with data modeling and query logic, leveraging MS-SQL or similar programming languages.
bility to extract, integrate, and analyze data from sources such as AllScripts SCM and Infinity databases.
Experience working with Oracle Health Cerner HealthAnalytics / Population Health platforms to access and analyze data.
Healthcare Data Expertise :
Competence with healthcare data sets, including clinical, administrative, financial, and operational data.
Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as ICD, CPT, HCPCS, LOINC, and SNOMED.
Communication Skills :
Strong ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and technical audiences.
Capacity to present and explain data analysis results, findings, and recommendations in a clear, relevant, and actionable manner.
