Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Liaison to Business Partners :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners to understand their needs and translate them into digital strategies.

- Collaborate with the Experience Architecture team / peers and other stakeholders within the organization to shape and drive a proactive strategic application vision.

- Ensure digital strategies align with overall business objectives and user experience goals.
- Develop and Maintain HCD Delivery Roadmaps :
- Partner with the Manager, Experience Architecture to create and maintain HCD delivery roadmaps.
- Ensure the roadmaps are comprehensive, actionable, and aligned with business goals.
- Ensure Application Adoption and Delight :
- Work closely with Business Partners, Solution Architects, and internal teams to drive successful application adoption.
- Focus on delivering an exceptional user experience that delights users and meets business needs.
- Maps user personas and journeys to align user needs
- Support Tactical Execution and Research :
- Assist in the execution of discovery and research phases to gather essential insights and feedback.
- Contribute to partner report-outs, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Deliver Project Accelerators :
- Support the development and implementation of project accelerators, including ongoing research and business knowledge.
- Help reduce discovery and design timelines by providing relevant insights and tools.
