Shift / Schedule
A Shift – Wednesday-Sunday 4 : 30am-12 : 30pmB Shift - Wednesday- Sunday 12 : 30pm – 8 : 30pmOperations Supervisors shall be assigned to one of two primary positions : Control Room Operator or Plaza Supervisor
Control Room Operators shall :
Monitor performance of Toll Collectors for compliance with operational directives and take appropriate action, as necessary.Enforce all safety rules, taking immediate action to correct any infractions observed.Monitor direct connect and telephone transmission to ensure the immediate response is made to all incoming calls.Monitor calls from Toll Collectors, and respond immediately to their calls for assistance, or reports of hazards, and unusual occurrences.Complete all necessary Operations paperwork as required.During the absence of the Coordinator, contact replacement personnel to fill in for unscheduled absences.Answer telephone calls and accurately records details of significant events,Ensure compliance with all security procedures regarding access to the facility and control of funds.Plaza Supervisors Shall :
Monitor performance of Toll Collectors for compliance with operational directives and take appropriate action, as necessary.Enforce all safety rules, taking immediate action to correct any infractions observed.Ensure that safety barrels and cones are providing the proper traffic separation and direction.Ensure compliance with all security procedures regarding access to the facility and control of funds.Qualifications
