Duties
- Assist teachers in the delivery of instructional activities and lesson plans.
- Support students with literacy education, including reading and writing skills.
- Facilitate math instruction and provide additional support as needed.
- Help develop and implement curriculum tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Supervise students during classroom activities, recess, and other school events.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Document student progress and assist in assessing their educational needs.
- Provide support for students with special needs or those requiring additional assistance.
