Responsibilities include :
- Portioning and packing meals
- Using proper measuring utensils to portion ingredients
- Labeling packages and preparing items for shipping
- Receiving direction from Supervisor, Line Lead and / or Team Lead to fulfill production requirements
- Transitioning between tasks when needed
- Collecting production and quality data
- Working as a team to reach shipping goals
- Following all GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) while onsite
- Keeping your work area clean at all times and assisting in end of day cleanup
