The WSF Applications Development team need to modernize our public facing applications to conform
with our current website. Many of our current Web applications are over 10 years old, functioning with an
outdated codebase and needs an overhaul. This scope of work will procure a Senior Level Application
Developer Consultant to lead these modernization efforts. The consultant will provide the overall design,
development, testing and implementation to modernize our public facing web applications into our
WSDOT Azure tenant. Scope of Work
Below describes the scope of work to be provided by a Senior Level Web Applications Developer
Consultant to support WSF with this effort.
Technical Development and Implementation in general will include :
- Lead technical discussions with WSF and HQ Staff.
- Modernize and migrate our existing WSF Admin & Public Facing Web Applications (Such as
but not limited to, Customer Communications, Contracts, Real-Time Map, Schedules,
WebAPIs, etc.) into the WSDOT Azure tenant.

projects in a fluid and dynamic environment. This position will be able to work independently or as a
member of a WSDOT IT project team to :
